Return, Free Repair and Refunds policy
Return and Free Repair is acceptable for the damages after 30 days of receiving your order and only If it is not the result of the buyer’s mishandling and you are responsible for additional shipping expenses.
If the items can not be repaired or replaceable I will be glad to refund you.

For buyers outside the EU might be subject to the tariffs and if you don’t pay the parcel will return to me and I can’t refund in this case. Thank you!

Because Jorigamin jewelry is handmade, it requires special care for they stay many years with you.
Please follow these steps to keep your jewelry in perfect condition:
- Store your earrings separately from other jewelry to prevent scratching or damage.
- Polymer clay is durable, but please handle it with care. Avoid scratching, dropping, or bending.
- Keep your jewelry away from solvents, acetone, nail polish remover, and other chemicals.
- If it accidentally gets wet, gently pat it dry with a soft cloth.
- Keep them away from direct sunlight to avoid fading.
- To clean your jewelry just use the solft brush or jewelry polishing cloth and gently remove the dusts away.
By following these simple guidelines, your jewelry will remain as beautiful as the day you received it.
