Shipping and Delivery
Your order will be shipped by registered tracked post to you. Upon ordering, you will be sent a unique tracking number so you can check the current location of your package. I am to ship within 4-7 business days of orders being placed.
For shipping you have 3 choices
1. UPS/FedEx Ship without insurance ( incase of lost item you will still get the refund but not full refund incase if the value of the package is above 100 euros)
2. UPS/FedEx Ship with insurance : incase of lost item you will get a full refund of the package’s value (shipping expenses can not be refund ) Or I can recreate the product for you but the item can’t be exactly the same and you are responsible for additional shipping expenses.

- Etimated Delivery Times 5-15 days
FedEx/ UPS Express
- Estimated Delivery Times 1- 4 days
3. French Standard shipping : This choice is cheapest one.
- The estimated delivery times is 3-5 business days around the world.
- A delay from 2 to 5 days in Europe and 6 to 12 days for Switzerland and the rest of the world.
- A tracking till delivery for the main exportation countries

- EU country : 10 – 20 euros
- International : 10 – 35 euros
- U.K 15-25 euros
- U.S 20-45 euros
Important!
For buyers outside the EU might be subject to a customs duty. If you don’t pay it, the parcel will return to me. In this case I can’t make a refund. Thank you!
I pack the pieces very carefully to avoid damages during transport. However, if something should happen to your order during transport, please notify me within 24 hours after receiving the order. You can send an email with a description of your claim and clear pictures to admin@jorigamin.com
